answered because the call kept coming...speakers voice was garbled but female.  told them they were cutting out, then she clearly spoke my first name then the call disconnected.  suspicious...

Got call from this number, her or she left a message and whispers something but can't make out what is said. Thought very strange because u can tell this person is whispering
