I got a call in Spanish on 12/22/2015, and did not understand a thing. I thought English was the official language of the USA. I also speak Italian as a second language. I have been on the DO NOT CALL list from it's inception, but
have gotten nothing but these strange calls. I too am fed up with them. I have complained to the FCC and the
State Attorney office but nothing has come of it.
As with others, I rarely pick up if a number has no ID. And I'm as irritated as all of you that low-level genius hasn't figured out a way locate some of these noodniks and prosecute them. AND do it internationally. I swear, 2/3 of the population in India is employed in call centers.
