I am getting numerous calls from this # 305 901 4690 Marathon FL. When I am on the phone and this number calls, it causes a momentary pause or bleep with the person I am speaking with. They call late at night, and early in the morning.

Read carefully. Not ALL calls originate outside the USA, however, the greatest number of reports in 800notes seem to be complaints about overseas scammers (apparently Indian or Pakistani).
It's someone calling to sell the Orlando Sentinel. Because I've taken the paper before, I cannot complain to DONOTCALL.gov. But, yes, he does not leave a message. He sounds like he's calling from a call center with lots of others making calls in the background.
