phone rang twice then hung up no voicemail left

I rarely ever get calls as I am deaf.  However I always check out incoming phone call #'s to see if they are telemarketers or 'real people' as I call them.  Same as above, phone rang twice, then hung up. (march 9, 2015 @ 9:36 am)

Same number, rang once then hung up.

Called, and left no voice mail message.

Rang twice then nothing.  March 13th 434 PM EST.
