Who called from 3059021523

Called me on my mobile number. Did not leave a message.

This number called at 6:28 pm on 9/29/15. I called the number back and a recording came on stating YOUR CALL IS VERY IMPORTANT TO US then music came on then they said GOODBYE and disconnected. This is probably a scam!  They did not leave a message on my recorder.

Text from this number said my phone company over billed me and wanted to email the money to my bank (to get my banking info).  SCAM big time!
