I received a call from "Zach Peterson" requesting to speak to the probate attorney (gave me this ph#), when I advised him I would need some information from him and asked who the probate was for (normal procedure), he stated he was "more comfortable speaking to the attorney". I very politely responded with "I am sorry, Mr. Peterson, but there is a scam going around of someone asking for a probate attorney, and that is not the true nature of their call, I would need this information." He got apparently upset and said it "was fine, he would just call another attorney if he could not speak to mine" and promptly hung up on me as I tried to respond.

I received a call from "Matthew Farr " requesting to speak to the probate attorney (gave me this ph#), when I advised him I would need some information from him and asked who the probate was for (normal procedure), he stated "it was personal". I very politely responded with "I am sorry, Mr. Farr, but i need to exchange basic information to be able to do my job." He got apparently upset and said it "was fine, he would just call another attorney if he could not speak to mine" and promptly hung up on me as I tried to respond.
Received a call from "Patrick" asking for the attorney by her first name. He stated that this was concerning a probate and insisted on speaking to the attorney personally. I recognized this person as calling previously and giving false information so he could give his sales pitch in person. This time he was somewhat abrupt and aggressive and reluctantly gave his phone number, [(305) 907-0596] when he realized that he was not going to get through.
Bill Loden Called asking to speak to our attorney. Asked for him by first name and said it was a probate matter. I informed him the attorney was not in the office but i could set up a consultation. He denied the consultation and said he just wanted to talk to him over the phone. He denied the phone consultation as well. I asked for his information so we could give him a call back. He called back about 6 minutes later asking for the attorney again. I let him know i was the person he just got off the phone with a couple minutes ago and that the attorney was still not in the office and would call him back. this time i could hear lots of talking in the back that sounded like a all center . I then found this... and he will not be getting a call back.
