I just recieved a call from this number. He knew a lot of information about where I lived and such. He said he was a fraud investigator looking for 'Carrie/Kerry Wheeler' and that I am listed as her sister. I have no sisters. I gave him NO INFORMATION other than I don't have a sister; but I am still a little freaked.
If he is a collection agency, fine. People should pay their bills. But it was odd that he knew so much about me personally.
