Calls continue at all hours from this number. Caller ID now shows the name "Rivera, Carlos" since we have blocked calls without a name on our caller ID (it previously showed no name). Our phone has a feature that allows us to block the number, so the caller gets a busy signal after one ring. You'd think they'd get tired of trying, but they never do. This is the third or fourth year of this nonsense. The calls seem to get worse anytime I donate money to Republican or conservative causes. It may very well just be a coincidence, or it may be some stupid little left-wing game being played by Democrat organizations in my state (donations are a matter of public record). I'm not generally paranoid and am definitely not a conspiracy theorist, but we truly have no known enemies. We're a very nice family that is well-liked in our community. It's just a mystery to us why anyone would target us this way. At this point, we have technologically minimized the nuisance factor to almost nothing, so they really gain nothing with their continued harrassment. It must be more work than it's worth.
Received 21 calls in the wee hours of this morning -- all "out of area" with no number except for one which showed 305-910-4590 (no name). Caller does not speak. This is an ongoing harrassment that's lasted several years and continued even after we changed our phone number and made it unpublished. We have no known enemies, owe no debts, and have no idea why we are being targeted.
