When I called back and asked if it was Davis and associates they hung up!!! I believe this is a SCAM. I spoke w my LOCAL attorney and there can be no legal charges filed against me, only a civil suit and POSSIBLE wage garnishment...IF they can prove I owe whoever. No due process and info differentiating from local legal counsel. KMMFA!!!

You never called into my office asking anything you had your telephone tough guy calling my office asking questions about Davis & Associates and he were answered that this is not. You & Chris are losers as well as liars. Furthermore if you would have wiped your snotty noise then you would have received your case number along with other information pertaining to this case instead of being a water bag that you are . You are broke and you cant afford an attorney let alone talk to one because if you could you wouldn't go around ripping people off. This morning I received a call from 305-914-2521 and since I do not know who it was I did not answer it. A lady name Ms. Hughes left a message stating that she was from fraud and worthless check division and she needed me to call her back and it is very urgent becuase I was being charged with two felony fraud charges this morning in the cook county court. She also stated she have me on camera cashing a payday loan check at a chase bank, etc. I knew it was b.s. because I do not even mess wit payday loans plus my checking account is a second chance account which means i do not have access to checks anyway and other stuff she said was all just b.s. . How can people like this get away with calling people phones and harrsassing them, she really pissed me off this morning!!
