I received several calls from this number, Victoria Hernandez left a message in Spanish to call her back (1-800-381-8132), she stated she was an attorney and to call her regarding a collection summons that they sent me and that I did not show up for, advised her I had not received a summons and she gave me an address that was not mine then hung up....I called back and asked for someone who spoke english and the person who answered the phone said no one spoke english and hung up, called again and this time a guy answered and I asked what type of collection agency this was and he said he could not give me that information I told him I had spoken to Victoria Hernandez and he said well you should have asked her and hung up on me. I called back again and asked for Victoria Hernandez and the guy said he would have her call me back to the number that had shown up on the caller ID, she called back and I explained why I was persistent and was calling back to get info since they had my cell number and she said it was a collection from years back for an order of $4800 that was sent to another address, advised her I have been living at my home for the past 21 years and she said oh ok we have the wrong person.
Basically recieved the same call as Norma. Spanish woman calling regarding a summons and asking why I didn't show up yesterday, knew right away that they had the wrong person or that it was a fake scam or even a prank.
My mom received the same call saying they were collecting money from an order that she supposedly made years ago. They say she owes $4800 dollars and if she doesn't pay they will sue for $8000 and to make a money order and send it via ups. The same lady Victoria Hernandez called to collect the money I just wanted to know if this is a scam if to ignore or what to ?
Don't send anything. It's a lie and a fraud. Check online the number and your known payments with accountant and you'll know that these people are thieves. These people are frauds that try to steal identity and money.
My girlfriend received the same call from an Spanish man saying that she owed money from a product that she bought years ago and that now has transformed into a big debt that she had to pay if she didn't want to face legal consequences. They say she didn't show up to court. This is scam!!! Beware of this people please!
