These SCUM bags call non stop to both landline and Cell # within minutes of each other.

Selling something, I just don't pickup and then bock them, which means they just keep calling via a new number.

When will the Phone Companies be help liable for this illegal activity?  when that happens this BS calling will stop.

Someone from this number keeps calling the house every 10-15 minutes. They won't identify themselves.
