This people Midlad funding call me 24/7 harassment me every day for the fraud loan their have in my name,and stole my 2006 lexus car in 2009 with 4000miles only

they are actually not attorneys. they are third party "requestors" using attorney as a ploy to scare.

You are 100% correct. They even send out mis-leading letters that someone from their "firm" (who is no longer an employee...cough...cough...) may have viewed your personel information...could lead to identity theft... or fraud...but what are they doing???FRAUD!!!

I got the same letter today both me and my dad about the former employee looking at me info.
Funny thing is I live in PA no FL so i dont know how that is possible.

The receptionist of my former place of employment  told me that
Sprechman & Associates called and tried to get information.  
The man said they (Sprechman & Associates) were in the process of
garnishing my wages.  I have not worked at where they called for
over 9 years.

These people are the worst!
