Received call 5/6/08 ~1100EDT.  It hung up as soon as I answered.  I called back, it rang ~20 times, then produced an electronic sound as if something was dialing another number.  Then the phone went dead.  It is probably just a "sniffer" verifying the validity of my phone number, possibly linking it with my name.
