This number called me at 8:15 pm EST. If anyone knows of a tracer I can buy that would circumvent having to pay one of these websites to conduct the search, please let me know. I would love to go out and get one. I receive at least four calls a day, and at all hours and have to remove two robo messages a day from my answering machine (even more during campaign season). I would love to find out the owners of these scams and call them at their home at 2 am everyday. The above number was silent so I hung up before they could put the rep through.
