We just received an after hours call from them supposedly in reference to an hispanic patient, telling us to call them back at 800-385-1188 with a reference number. The patient speaks adequate English, usually calls for herself. The ID on the call reistered as "Telemedia". I was concerned when I looked up the number found the notes here and then Googled "about telemedia.net" and got the followign info saying they had so frequently changed servers and IP addresses. I figure they can call during normal business hours if they want to talk to us. There are just too many scams that send you off to bad numbers and big bucks phone bills.
They just called my house after hours. My parents are senior citizens and when the phone rings after hours they become very upset. They lost a son in a car crash and every time they hear the phone ring at night they think it is bad news.This company is very disrespectful. Very disturbing!
305-994-7595.,They are medico supply, for diabetes, they have a phone number 1800, 315-9944, are call medio embios, OK, I call them to get my diabetic supply but they are bad customers service, I get the most old machine, it is out outdated, there is was not instruction to use it, it become broken, I call them, they never return my call I never was able to use this equipment, in one of the words , they are bad, all they want is your money, never use them as your provider, they is a fraud , they taken vantage of people whom only speak Spanish or never complain.
They still calling me, try to selling more trash, but not way.
