I know it's a scam, an obvious one, but I picked up silently just to hear what was said because I'm feeling mean today.  Total silence.  They're so stupid that they have a CID that is easily recognizable as a scam.  And they've called periodically for many months, I never answered before. I'm guessing it's triggered by voice, and that I would have gotten a robo message if I had said hello.  I'm just glad that so many of these callers make it so easy to recognize and ignore.  It's the rare spoofed and phished calls, the ones that look like authentic local callers, where I must make an instantaneous decision to answer or not, that irritate me, it takes a few moments to check here first.
