recvd phone call from 307 110 5174; wyoming area code, the 3 number exchange doesn't exist; i checked my messages and it was 'kelly from qwest'; i call qwest customer service just to be sure, speak with courtney who researches my account and sees that even though 'kelly' didn't fully notate why she was in my account, i am due for a contract upgrade. sounds like legitimate call.
