I'm on the "do not call" list, so they should not be contacting me for any reason whatsoever.

this person who's name is kevin claims that he is calling from a usa consumers support agency and I dont know if he is ligit or not. he also gave me another phone # to call him at 866-913-0732 ext 3002. can you clarify this as ligit or fony. thanks
I answered the phone when it rang, expecting a call from someone else. They said my name. I did not respond. I said who is this. She said "This is Julie from Fidelity". I said "I'm sorry but I don't know anyone from Fidelity" and hung up. When you call the number back, the message machine does not have the company's name on it. The message just says "All agents are busy. Please leave your name and number:.
