This number has been calling me for over a year & 7 months now & theres never a voice message left. They'll call me up to 15 times a day sometimes and never go longer than 2 weeks without calling again. I don't answer phone numbers if I don't recognize the number. I recently began paying to have caller ID on my cell phone so now I can see that when they call, it says Unknown Caller rather than a name or company as all others do. They're calling from Jackson, WY.
Fyi: I recently saw a program on The Dr. Phil show warning people about such type of calls, etc. Essentially what they'd advised is to AVOID, BLOCK, AND What EVER U DO, DO NOT ANSWER FOR ODD NUMBERS/CALLERS LIKE THIS!! I had no idea until I saw this program that all it takes for Scammers such as this one, is to get you to answer & say hello, your name, &/or the word YES! What they're doing is RECORDING YOUR VOICE SO THEY CAN TAKE & USE CERTAIN PARTS OF THAT RECORDING & MAKE A FALSE COLLABORATION OF A VERBAL AGREEMENT ON UR BEHALF IN ORDER TO SCAM YOU IN A WAY THEY CAN LATER ARGUE IT WAS A LEGAL VERBAL AGREEMENT BECAUSE THEY WILL HAVE A RECORDING THAT THEY PIECE TOGETHER. ANOTHER TYOE OF SCAMMER USES UR RECORDING OF UR VOICE SAYING YOUR NAME AND THE WORD YES TO CALL & GAIN ACCESS TO CERTAIN ACCOUNTS YOU MAY HAVE. IN SHORT, THE BEST THING U CAN DO IS IGNORE, BLOCK, Etc. NUMBERS THAT U DO NOT RECOGNIZE.  IF U DO ANSWER, DO NoT SAY Anything until they do. DO UR RESEARCH.  THERE IS MUCH BETTER ADVICE & better tips available out there than what I can offer now. JUST BE CAUTIOUS, INFORM YOURSELF, & ALWAYS TAKE THE SAFE ROUTE. IF U FIND URSELF IN A CONVERSATION WITH SOMEONE WHO YOU DONT KNOW THAT HAS CALLED YOU CLAIMING TO BE WHOEVER, THE LESS U SAY.. IS THE SMARTEST, SAFEST, & BEST THING  U CAN DO!! Rather BE SAFE Than BE SORRY!!
