This scammer calls numbers on the national do not call registry in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. They further violate the TCPA by failing to have an operator on the line when the call is answered, and still further violate the TCPA by playing a recorded message without an operator on the line to answer questions. They also fail to provide a phone number and physical address when asked, yet further violating the TCPA. The recorded message guarantees the victim will earn thousands of dollars every week using the callers special automated marketing system. There is no mention of any products or services that are being sold, let alone what these products do. This is clearly a pyramid scheme. Do not provide this scammer with any personal or financial information.
