Who called from 3072136208

When I pick up the phone, I get a recording telling me to wait for the next available agent.  This sucker is loud.  I'm getting messages on my answering machine from the same number.  The recording gives me some kind of account number to use when I call back.  Sorry I'm not calling back when I have no idea as to whom I'm calling.

Sounds like a debt scammer to me.  Trying to scare you into paying them extortion money.

It's a collection call for billing from West Park Hospital in Cody, WY. Well, for me it was.
