This guy has been calling me, from various numbers, for about a year now. He is a total scammer. The calls are relentless. I answered the first time about a year ago and never answered again. If fact, I don't answer any calls, even from local area codes, because I know that there is a 75% chance that even the local numbers are some sort of scam. For the people that legitimately need to reach me, I wait for a voice mail. This is what this world has become. The age of the galoots. The something for nothing crowd.
I received a call at 4:24 p.m. on January 27th. I did not answer because I did not recognize the number. I check here before setting up my phone for these type of calls. I do not have call blocker on my phone so I set up the number in my contact list as a business with no ring for the ringtone and the message tone. The call still comes through but I am not bothered by a ring that would otherwise have me trying to answer a call before it quits ringing. It seems to me that the our phone providers should be responsible for providing each customer with free unlimited call blocking. They are the ones that sold our phone numbers to begin with. If I would of had a choice, my phone number would only be used by family, friends, and the people or businesses that I choose to give it to.
