Caller claimed to be from Dell, had my computer info and my first name and maiden last name. Wanted to remote access. I was googling the number and found these reports. I asked if I could call him back and he was very annoyed. I also googled the called back number he gave me which is linked to a company called FOUJANA. Then I called Dell and reported this scam. They said I was the third report today. Be wary of remote access!!
The caller was Indian or Pakistani. He said he was calling from Dell computer services and that my Dell computer was corrupted. The call came from Casper Wyoming. I asked to speak to his manager and he hung up.
Pretending to be Dell computers saying I'm getting error messages when I told the guy I don't believe he is from Dell he hung up but they have my email address
Received a call from this number. No one greeted me on the other end. I could hear lots of voices in the background (as in a call center). I have a feeling I was on speakerphone, but I couldn't hear anyone out there talking to me. Rude. I hung up.
On my phone, I've labeled this number as SPAM and a signed a custom ringtone to it: silence
