Exact same call as anon listed on 7/23/2015 - Our call came in this a.m. (8/11/2015) at approx. 9:20 a.m. - have to answer the incoming calls at a business. They waste so much of peoples time it's sad. Put an actual customer on hold for this B.S. Wish we could somehow find out who these people are and where they are located. I would so take vacation time to introduce myself personally.
