Last night at 1:40 a.m., I was jarred awake by my phone.  No one calls in the middle of the night unless there is an emergency.  I picked up the phone only to hear the recording, "This is Rachel at Card Services".  Of course, this number is probably spoofed.

I haven't been using my robocall blocker after 11:00 p.m., but will now have to.  I hope these people get what's coming to them when stricter legislation is passed to eliminate these types of calls - this is more than just an annoyance.  I have joined efforts with Consumers Union to lobby for our telephone companies being able to offer services to block the calls at the source instead of consumers having to purchase additional equipment to stop them.
