A woman left a message on the answering machine that she was from the IRS (Internal Revenue Service) and that "we" are going to issue a lawsuit for you." The woman who lives at the address is not the person who's responsible for the phone bill. She has not had to pay any taxes for years as she is disabled so severely that she has not been able to work. We will notify our local law-enforcement officials and see if we should report this call to any other agency.
