This number called my husband's cell phone this morning. We don't know anyone in Wyoming. I blocked my caller info on a landline and tried to call the number back four times. It was busy every single time, so I'm guessing that their auto-dialer may be very busy plaguing people or, if it was a wrong number, they finally reached the right person and are having a very lengthy conversation.
