These calls are SCOUT calls to determine if your phone number is a live phone number. That way they can SELL your phone number to other A55HOLES who want to call you. NEVER, EVER answer ANY calls that you do not KNOW FOR CERTAIN are from a friend or relative. You will NEVER win any kind of contest and then loose your prize for not answering the phone. If you ever do have anything of value to receive from a legitimate source then they will contact you either by mail or in person if you don't answer your phone.
