Unsolicited offer to reduce credit card  rate.  Operator asked a couple questions and hung up.  Does not appear to be a reputable agency.

Received a call from this number. Did not answer and no message left.

Got a machine offer to reduce my credit card rate to 1% but no human ever came on the line.

Seemed to listen for a minute and then hung up.  Calling my workplace, but no one there.  Several calls from area code 307 today - very annoying as I have to answer the phone, as I am at work.
