Called to "reconnect" with previous customers and offer a $10 credit towards the purchase of family movies on VHS or DVD.  Have received other calls from same company on (616) 980-2091 under "David and Brenda...." Our account is now closed.

Received a call from "Feature Films for Families" last June, and was put off by the rude telephone interviewer doing a "survey" full of loaded questions. Apparently they're actually looking for sales leads.

I noticed that the company's e-mails usually follow a pattern: first name + first letter of last name @familytv.com. Sometimes it's just the first name. So, I tried sending e-mails to CEO Forrest Baker at both [email protected] and [email protected]. I never received a reply, but the e-mails didn't bounce and I haven't heard from them since, except for one call a day or two later (which the interviewer promptly and courteously ended after I told him about my e-mail to the CEO).

I have more numbers to list for these people than I care to take the time to register.  Some lady that had our phone number about 3 years ago still has a balance on her account.... yeah and it doesn't matter how many times I call to get my number removed and tell them I dont know this woman they say "oh I see that you've called x number of times to get it removed"  so I dont know... maybe just get a new phone number...

Another number setup by some film company that is relentlessly calling my 13 year old dauther.  We have asked over and over for them to quit calling and yet they still continue.  Tonight a new game, they tried to fake a debt.
