It's not really Google, someone promising to get you on front pagr of Google. I am a certified Google partner and Google would never promise you to be on front page. It also says you will get unlimited clicks for a flat rate, something else Google does not do. This is a scam.
Another one for the blacklist. Automated voice message plugging advertising on Google. I wouldn't be in the least surprised if Google was directly behind it ("Don't be evil" my tuckus!)
