This place just called my son who has a debt. Basically when he hung up he was in tears, swearing they were going to put him in jail. He does have a student loan, and they have demanded full payment. He is only 19, has not been able to find a job, hasn't the money to go back to school, and as his mother I am in bankruptcy. Do they have a right to be so threatening? My son is convinced he is going to jail. How dare they be so threatening!
They called and threatened my life ( with violence) if I did not pay. This is wrong. I'm sure this is NOT legal. If they call you don't answer or block their numbers. These people are evil and are shoulder to shoulder with Satan.
They were very threatening and I answered only because they disguised under my area code. Fake collections? I'm contacting my college!
Do not deal with these people. Remain calm, write down the number they used and report it!
