The recording said they had a complaint against me. I called the number back & a lady answered "Mediation..." & I told her I'd received a call about a complaint. She asked for my name & SSN. I asked who she was & she wouldn't tell me. When I wouldn't give her my info she said she'd "issue the summon "& hung up.
Got the same call from them today. When I called back they said if I didn't pay off the debt from 2002 they would serve me and I'd have to go to court. They claim to not be a debt collection but an attorny office, yet they would not give me the lawyers name and told me they can't make out going calls yet they called me.
