"Julie" with a foreign accent called (obvious boiler room, lots of background, and my voice was echoing in my ears) asking for company President. Told her he was not available, and then she asked if he had an assistant or soemthing. I asked what this was regarding, and she said regarding "Industry Week" (manufacturing trade mag) and that she would call back. Having taken several calls from this company in the past, added to a crappy day handling with these types of calls hourly, plus dealing with unreasonable co-workers, I told her "No! We are not interested and DO NOT CALL AGAIN" . We shall see. Too bad our bug $$ company can't invest in some type of call blocking software to go with our fancy-schmancy phone system!
