very inconsiderate person, whomever it is... All I heard was background conversation then a disconnect... Law enforcement needs to shut these bozos down!
Sounded like a sales call, but when I (Arnold's Daughter-in-Law) told the caller that he was living in an assisted living facility now, they said OK, thank you and hung up.
