Yes illegal scam artists been dealing w/them for years. Read THE FDCPA ACT can't be arrested for debt! They have to serve u via mail with court docs to resolve problem. Even if u get papers make sure you check the court house where they filed docs can be faked to.

Called my phone twice in the last week saying I having pending charges. Didn't call back after reading the reviews on this page. Can't give a name or address when they leave their treating messages. Other than we will be serving you at your place of employeement or home. I would forfit my rights once they have served me. Let's go to court.
