Bridget from CardHolder Services.  Number is a Verizon Wireless Mobile in Evanston, WY, caller ID is "Cell Phone WY."  Blocked.  Evanston is a small town on IH 80 just across the WY border from Utah.  It's possible that the scammers have set up a boiler room link to a cell phone there but the number is probably spoofed and may be legitimate.
