This caller will text and then request correspondence by email. Claims to be prospective buyer for cars and wants to purchase using PayPal. Caller is a scam. PayPal will not protect big ticket sales such as cars. This buyer is aware of that. I retrieved this info from a PayPal representative by calling them directly . The caller also uses phone #919-650-4410 to text.

Yes, this is a BIG scam.  The Casper comment is exactly right.  Trying to get something for a check, paypal, or other BS.  Don't answer
