a bill that was paid on time, and thought they had it straight, my daughter made the mistake of giving this person my fax number and they sent 2 fax calls, upon trying to send a fax back
with the info this was not a valid bill, they did not accept my fax, therefore, I need to contact them via snail mail thank you
got a call from this number, no voicemail left. I called back, they answered "Customer Service" and then wouldn't tell me what their company name was despite me asking point blank several times. Then they asked me if I was me, by name. So they obviously have my name and number in their system somehow, but since they wouldn't tell me who they were, I just hung up.
