these people that live at 1133 west leisher in cheyenne,wy are so so sick. they are dirty and they wont leave the neighbors alone. with their dogs jumping at people.. and the dirty yard makes the neighborhood look awful

the occupants of this home have their yard dirty with old railroad ties thrown all over and they seem to be into everyones business , even in their mental issues as they are putting their dogs out in the front yard unleashed when small children go past and the dogs jump at the fence.. hope there isnt a finger in that fence?
