Looked up nmber and it appears to be from a QWEST call center in Wyoming. My number is on the national do not call list...I think I'm going to file a complaint there...$$$$$ 4 me?
You'd think "BestBuy" would get pissedoff at telemarketers using their name in vain...
Totally bogus cold call...DO NOT REPLY as it will elevate your phone number to a higher call list (my kid used to work for these folks)...
No you did NOT win a "free $1000 giftcard" as "best buy"...this is the stuff that falls out the south end of a northbound horse.
This is a phishing attack and you will be ripped off. Currently the scam is being run out of a website registered in PANAMA. Good luck getting any of your money back from there.

Previously this scam was being run from another website listed in yet another country. Chances are that they stole two corporate identities here, BestBuy (Gift card offer) and Qwest (Source phone number).
This was also likely done through an anonymous SMS messaging service via the web, so the phone number is cooked up, just like the offer.
Some other poor slob from Ireland is currently trying to find out how to get his money back for a pair of shoes that he purchased through this "bexz.biz" scam site...probably long since spent in some other location (not Ireland)...
Don't go there folks - it's toxic. No such thing as a free lunch, and no such thing as a Free Best Buy Gift Card worth $1000 (if you go to the fake website and enter the fake code, and all your personal info too!)
