I keep getting calls from this number also, but have not answered it yet, until I looked it up and found this info. They just bothered me by calling on a Sunday afternoon, next time they call im going to tell them to F off, they are going to get an ear full, what a loser company

Unauthorized commercial calls to cellphones are expressly forbidden by the the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). The FCC enforces the TCPA, and you can report each violation to them online here: https://esupport.fcc.gov/form1088/consumer.do Just be sure to note the time of the call and any caller ID information because that helps the FCC's investgation. And also be sure to file a complaint each time these dopes call your cell.
You can also turn your frustration into profit. The TCPA gives you the right to sue these dolts for a specified dollar amount (I think it's $500) for *each call* they make to your cellphone. (Having FCC complaints on file helps you prove these calls should you sue.) You can file suit yourself (usually in small claims court) or retain a consumer law attorney who will take care of it on your behalf. Many times, by the way, the telemarketer settles out of court.
