This British Indian accented man also threatened me with treasury and irs lawsuits and enforcement actions.  Told him he was full of s*** and to F off.

Scam. Block his phone number, it's easy.

Got same phone call as posts above. Is there at authorities we should contact to report >? Is there anything that can be done ?

Total scam !!!! I spoke to the IRS themselves. I've already reported it please do everyone else a favor and report it also so they should get shut down.

Do consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.
