My husband's parents received a call from 307-527-6423 in regards to "fraudulent charges".. They said that they were calling from the legal dept. Would not give out any other information. Belive this to be a scam. I tried to call the number back, and it said it was dis-connected.

This is interesting. I too got a call from this number & it came up as "McDonalds" on caller ID as well as online, except for this 800 notes listing starting today.
The female caller was looking for the deadbeats who used to have my number over 2 1/2 years ago. I informed her of this & she said she would correct their records. I hope so... The top tier collection agencies I first heard from corrected theirs the first week I had this number.
I do hope you track them down but I can't help you.
Does the McDonald's corporation know you are using this tactic yet? I'm guessing for now the McDonalds in Cody Wyoming either closed or changed it's number & some collection service grabbed it before the caller ID info is changed.
