called me, sound like a butt dial, lots of noise in background. but no one speaking

Caller ID unknown name.  Caller asked for a person by name. I asked if I could tell her who is calling.  A few seconds of silence then they hung up.  I called the number back and got a recording "press 2 to have your number  removed from our list"  Pressed 2 they hung up.  No ID of who was calling.  Number is from Douglas, WY

Received this call saying they were a charity for families of fallen Police officers.

The number 307-624-3122  from "Out of Area" in my area called the previous day. Surely this is a scammer. 3121 and 3122 are, of course, now blocked.

Just received this call on my landline telephone.  I did not answer and they did not leave a message on the recorder. Caller ID just gave the number and Douglas, WY!
