I received a call from this number on my cell phone. The caller is "Unknown" and calling from Wyoming. I do not know anyone in that state. Since no message was left and this caller can not be identified, I am blocking this call. I do not respond to Unknown, Private or other unwanted calls. There are entirely too many scams out there. If I need a product or service I will find it myself... this caller will be introduced to "Mr. Call Block" the next time. ALSO, NEVER ANSWER OR CALL BACK ANY CALLS FROM AREA CODE 876!!! THE CALLER IS CALLING FROM Kingston Jamaica AND IT IS DEFINATELY A SCAM!!! ( please google "876 Scam") Please pass this information on to others! Best wishes to all and thanks for the information.
Yes we just got it an hour ago from this number, it is a recording, it opens with
"The FBI" ... so I listened.
They give a statistic on home break ins, then offer to install a free security system in your home if you put their sign in your yard, then it offers you at the end the option to press a number to opt out of future calls.
We are in Chicago and are a law firm that sues companies over autodial cases, so this was kind of ironic.
Missed call on my work phone number (I do not own this number, the corporation I work for does) ... no voicemail message left ... I Googled immediately and saw it was from Wyoming. I do not know anyone in Wyoming nor do I have a reason to talk to anyone from there. I am a long ways from Wyoming.
