RECIEVED A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER AT 11:05 PM ON MARCH 20TH.  A RECORDED MESSAGE IS ALL THAT WAS SAID ABOUT GOVERNMENT GRANTS.

They called me at 10:38 pm and woke up my 3 year old neice I was keeping.  Completely unacceptable!  Do we get no peace from these people?  I've stopped answering my home phone it's so bad.

left no message, but I am on the do not call registry. Reporting them seems to do no good.

They call my cell phone which is on the national DO NOT CALL list.
I reported them.
Who enforces these complaints on the national level, I wonder?

Got a call from them-- didn't press "1" for more information. Hung up. I, too, am on DNC lists
