Who called from 3077662587

Not sure who owns this number but they wont stop calling. I answer and it has bad static an it hangs up

They just keep calling. I have't answered it, and I don't know anyone from Wyoming. Wondering where they got my cell number.

Constantly calling. I block one number and they call back on a different number.

A lady called me at 9:00 at night claiming to be from The Wyoming Health Department. The Wyoming Health Department has a websight with phone numbers. Not one of the numbers on their websight were the same as the number that called me. It's a scam.
