4 calls on my cell in 3 hrs now---finally answered 4th as is annoying, he said from Health plan---told not to ever call!! Can't ignore cell ringing every few minutes. How to stop him???

3 calls in one hour. This had to stop. I'm turning them in to the FCC or whoever controls this.

Caller ID said University of Wyoming.  Caller wanted to survey a certain household member for a health survey.

Googled 307 766 2603 Reverse look-up says Univ. Wyoming. Caller did not leave a message so I called back and got no answer- not even an answering machine. idkwtf. :/
