You answered your own question!  These are CRIMINALS and yes, this is a scam!

Same as everyone else. No message. Now blocked.

We have had the entire state of Wyoming (area code 307) blocked for over 2 years thanks to our Di*it**e call blocker.
Our phones DO NOT RING when a blocked call comes in.
No matter what telephone number they call from - if they call from the 307 area code,
THEIR CALLS ARE BLOCKED AND OUR PHONES DO NOT RING!
Called at 9:31am Los Angeles time.
Blocked forever!
